“I wanted to play the music I heard and build the guitars I played."
A meticulous craftsman, Fox Fletcher creates hand-made solid-body electric guitars in his home shop. He completed Galloup School of Guitar Building and Repair’s master program, followed by five years as Collings Guitar’s electric set-up specialist before launching Mallory Guitars in 2020.
He is a luthier, certified fretted instrument repair tech, musician, avid comic book collector, photographer, lover of all things metal and pop songstress Sia.
Ralph Mallory Gragg (1910-2007) was Fox’s beloved Grandfather. He exuded kindness, exemplified the value of hard work, and played a mean game of Rummikub. He passed along his tools, both literal and figurative, as well as his values, which we incorporate into every build. He is the namesake and inspiration for Mallory Guitars.
A meticulous Virgo, Janine Fletcher can’t stop organizing her sock drawer. She has learned more things about Humbucker pickups, band saws (scars to prove it) and Jawas, than she cares to know. When not working on the business end of Mallory Guitars, she works in Film/TV production and loves art, design and travel.
Sia Frazetta Fathier and Logan Essedinex Rudolfo Aloysius Fletcher have weird names that speak to their weird pet parents. They can’t type, or level a fret, but their cuteness keeps Mallory Guitars rolling.
